Box labels with a QR code, ready to print.
Type one line per box — the room, then what is in it. Each label gets a number, a room colour, handling marks and a QR code that shows the contents on any phone camera. Nothing leaves your browser.
How to use the labels
- Type one line per box as you pack it, or print blanks and write on them.
- Print on A4, cut along the dashed lines.
- Tape one label on the top and one on a side, so the number shows when boxes are stacked.
- Keep the same number in your inventory list, so “box 14” means one box to everyone.
Questions about the labels
Do I need to sign in or install anything?
No. The labels are made in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere. Fill in the boxes, press Make labels, and print.
What does the QR code show when scanned?
The text you typed for that box — its number, room and contents. The text is stored inside the QR code itself, so any phone camera shows it without an app or internet connection.
Can I print them on A4?
Yes. Labels print two per row on A4. Use your printer’s normal paper, cut along the dashed lines and tape one on the top and one on the side of each box.
How is this different from the QR labels in the WhatsWhere app?
These codes hold only what you typed when you printed them. The app’s labels open the box’s live contents list — filled from photos by the AI — so the label stays right even after you repack.
Can I colour-code by room?
Yes. Each room gets its own colour stripe automatically, so movers can see at a glance which room a box belongs in.
Want the list to fill itself?
With the WhatsWhere app you photograph each box as you pack it and the AI writes the contents list for you. Its QR labels open that live list — with the photos — and “which box has the pressure cooker?” gets an answer.
